All money that is dropped must be faced. This means that all the bills are face up and turned the same direction.
Drop large bills and keep the small ones
Fill out your envelope like the one pictured:

Place the envelope in the drop safe. It must be pushed all the way in. You are responsible for making sure your deposit is made and secure in the safe. Also Be sure to notify management if the safe is overfull.
Shift Change Paperwork
Shift change is changing the responsibility of one individual to another.
There are a few things that must be done along with the general opening tasks.
Here are the items that must be completed:
- Make sure you are clocked in to the Homebase app on clover. (This documentation can be found in another section.)
- Complete the Shift performance evaluation sheet for the previous employee. If one is starting an opening shift after the business has been closed, the last employee should have signed the middle and bottom of the page, acknowledging that they have performed all the cleaning duties and that the club is in presentable condition for business. Take the report and walk through the club and finish the form by grading, and signing the form. Then, fax it in with your end of shift paperwork. If changing shift from one employee to the next, then have the other employee correct the items, sign off those items and then have that employee fax it in with their end of shift paperwork.
- Complete the key validation report. This insures all locker and room keys are accounted for, and assigns the responsibility to you.
